Nice little feature on TW by Dave Reynolds during an otherwise slow week for BU hoops. Included at the end is this nice bit of info:

Guard Andrew Warren, who missed the first two games with the effects of his broken-foot injury, has been practicing and is expected to play at next week??™s CBE Classic in Fort Myers, Fla.

Here is hoping that Andrew is able to stay healthy the rest of the season as he is one of the best players in the league and with him on the court BU is a much better team; it will be interesting to see the guard combinations we will have out on the floor with him in the lineup.

I hope your right .......AW should set a calming effect on both ends of the floor! I look for the Braves to start gelling as a team before this tourney is over!

The question is how much can AW give us. Naptown said last week that they will take it easy on him for two weeks. I do not expect him to play huge minutes. We should be fine without him for the CBE if we play tough D and use our bench wisely.

That's a good point, but I get the feeling that even if he only plays 15 min/game, just having him available will help take a lot of the pressure of the other guys (especially SM I hope).

This could all be a ploy to keep teams preparing for AW available.

But if the PJStar printed it - it must be right.

So AW better play after that comment in the PJStar. If not - we will have another fiasco from KW of how Coach JL is a liar.

Idk..like I said in the other post...as recently as thursday afternoon AW was spotted still wearing his massive boot. I don't know exactly what that says about how he's been playing or how he's feeling....let's hope it's just precautionary and that he is ready for the season.

I think it's a ploy like Tom Brady before the Superbowl!

Seriously, I think anything Andrew can give us in Fort Meyers would be great. He needs to get back into game shape himself.
