well......great news!!!....well sort-of........

The costumes, valued at over $10,000 have been recovered and four people are arrested in conjunction with the thefts...

BUT--- the costumes are damaged beyond repair...
The authorities should pursue the maximum penalties....this is like what Michael Vick did!
