I guess he is presently snoozing in a rest area on his way to Bloomington Indiana where he will watch Northwestern State take on Indiana.
(my guess is the rest area just over the Indiana line past Danville)

His comment really was not needed and infact seems pretty condesending towards BU and its fans.

Maybe just maybe the Bradley fans at the game were a lot more concerned with our team and its performance then they were with some writer. But even if someone was concerned about him, not appoaching him and giving him a bunch of mouth about his comments shows the classiness of Bradley fans.

I wonder if he spoke with any local media or with JL? That would be more important to me then our fans calling him out.

He gets paid for that garbage? What bushleague writing... I don't care if it is just a "blog" his writing sucks. After reading that I will certainly never pay any attention to his crap. That's journalism? HA!

That blog comes from his Twitter page, not from his ESPN or MidMajority.com site. Twitter is a social-networking site similar to Facebook and MySpace, and he answers messages sent to him, and blogs by texting during the game with a Blackberry. If you're not into texting (which I am not), nobody spells out every word or follows correct gammar, it's all about keeping every text short.

I guess where I still have an issue with Whelliston's reporting....

BU wins the game, they play quite solid in the 2nd half in all phases of the game, and yet....

the Mid-Majority site still hasn't got a single word about it.

and the above linked blog has FIVE wisecracks that compliment UIC as if they are the better team and rip Bradley with comments like:

but his entire list of comments that even remotely sound like BU might have won the game are...

after a trip to Peoria and sitting through the game, could he have at least said a couple positive things about BU??

Well, I'll reserve judgement on Whelliston until I see what he will write about the Valley throughout the season. Glad he at least attended a game, so hopefully he left with a positive experience.
