    Only five schools have been D-I (or equivalent) since before 1960 and still have NO NCAA Tournament appearances. (as of 2007)
    can you name them?

    Army, The Citadel, Northwestern, St. Francis (N.Y.), William and Mary,
    all "Charter Members" of NCAA's University Division (top division, comparable to D-I) since 1948.




    Also 7 more schools became D-I (or University Division) in the 1960s, and are also without an NCAA Tournament appearance, can you name them?

        answer:
        BYU - 22 appearances
        Tx-Arlington was a 16 seed last year and lost to Memphis.

        UMBC was a 15 seed last year and lost to Georgetown.

        American was a 15 seed last year and lost to Tennessee.

          of course I looked them up, although I knew Northwestern and a few others had never gone, I would have probably only gotten Northwestern correct.

            Seems your source didn't include the 2008 NCAA Tourney.
