heres another espn article talking about the MVC getting back to hopefully a 2 bid league
-
these early projections are NOT the ones that they brag are so accurate....it's the "Bracketology" that they guess when they already know how everyone has done for the season that are accurate, so as inaccurate as these early season ones are...I am not even going to click on that link.

Whelliston had this to say about Bradley during his discussion of the Valley getting 2 bids (after Creighton/SIU were discussed):
"And with schools such as Illinois State and Wichita State in the second years of new coaching regimes, and traditional powers like Northern Iowa and Bradley waiting in the shadows, the league's brass is hoping for a crooked number on the scoreboard come March."
The heady days of Gonzaga's multiple-year tourney runs and George Mason's Final Four run are past. Mid-major conferences have fallen on hard times the past few years come tourney time. But don't be surprised to see some familiar faces in this year's tourney, writes Kyle Whelliston.
Also, in his chat, he's apparently going to be at the UIC game:
Bob F (Chicago): Where to next after C'Dale?
Kyle Whelliston: Peoria, where I'm sure they'll be thrilled to see me.

He called for Jim Les' firing after an underage drinking ticket was written to two of our players.
Edit- Might've been after Ruffin incident. Can't remember for sure, and can't find it now, but I'm pretty sure he went insane about the underage drinking thing.
