They break them down into 3 positions--
Top 10 Post Players- all are from 5 of the top 6 power conferences, ACC, Big East, Big 12, Pac 10, or SEC. None from Big Ten or Midmajors.--
Top Swingmen- mostly from the power conferences, but a couple from the Mountain West, CUSA, and even one from a midmajor-Tennessee-Martin.--
Top 10 Point Guards. Includes a couple from midmajors.--
