Now it is possible back when the band first began to travel after Vroman's first few years that they did have to pay. However, the university now realizes that any credible program also has a band presence at these events.

Seriously - how do you NOT remember much from that day?
I will NEVER forget it! I freshly recall every moment of it. From the time I woke... the anticipation, the game, the aftermath, the phone calls, the trip to the airport, at the airport, then back home - more phone calls. I can't wait to tell my grandkids about it. Wait a sec - I don't want to get old that quick. Then again... I AM old!
