The Great Lakes Valley Conference is always one of the toughest Division II conferences in the country. Bradley's first exhibition opponent (Nov. 3) finished a close 3rd (in the East Division) in a poll of the coaches.
Lewis has the top 2 returning scorers in the GLVC with Preseason Honorable Mention All-American Jason Genova and Brandon Dagans. Genova, a senior, was 6th overall in scoring in the GLVC and led the Flyers with an 18.0 ppg average, while Dagans, also a senior, was 9th with 16.7 ppg.
