Fish, if you are a Braves Club member, and are at least in the "Friend" category, according to the benefit chart you are supposed to get one. Even though, last year I had to purchase mine at the Civic Center. That's why on my earlier post I was asking when and how we will receive them. What part of illegal don't you understand?

I am a friend, or thought so-- hehe, is there a "mere acquaintance" level? Didn't get one last year either...

Just kidding but I'm not really sure what you are talking about...
true it's = it is
but its = its (plural 'it')
the quote on the 2nd page of which we are talking about says "This is major college at its best" no "it's". I agree with you that if it was "it's" then it would make sense but "its" does in fact make sense and is grammatically correct. What should Izzo have said "This is major college at it best" ??
It's been changed...so I'm not sure why we are saying it doesn't make sense still....lets just act like there was no mistake in the first place

You are right. I was going by BradleyBrave's quotation from the book, not the actual book. My bad. I consulted the book and the quotation is correct.

The end of my earlier post was the only serious thing where I said it has been changed so lets just act like that error never occurred. Sorry for the confusion.

Here is a thread from November, 2007 where people discuss getting their copies in the mail, but that it's not online yet. If anyone knows, post the info here. Thanks.
I found links to earlier media guides, but not the 2007-2008 one--
2006-2007--
2005-2006--

Media Guide to "Friends"
First off, thank you for the positive comments regarding the the 2008-09 Bradley Basketball Media Guide.
For those "Friend" level members of the Braves Club, this is the first year the men's basketball media guide is a benefit at this level, which is why you have not received one in previous years. The book is due back from the printer by Oct. 27 at the latest. I would expect copies to go out in the mail shortly thereafter.
For those that are not Braves Club members, a limited number will be available for purchase at the Shea Stadium ticket office for $10 each.
