Has anybody ever been to the Bids for the Braves Auction? Saw the release on bradleybraves.com last night and seems interesting with the items mentioned.
Didn't know if there was any feedback about it......
Yes, I have been to previous events. It is the largest fundraising event of the year for the Bradley Athletic program. It's a lot of fun, and there are tremendous items available, some are bought for surprisingly reasonable prices.
The Bid for the Braves auction is Saturday night, Sept. 20, at the Par-A-Dice Hotel ballroom. Doors open at 6:00 pm. The auction starts at 7:30 pm. Anyone can attend, but you need to buy a ticket, as seats will sell out. There is great food and drinks served all night, which is included in the entrance fee. The Bradley team usually attends this event.

Here is the auction program with the items that were listed at the time the program was written, There are often additional items that may have been added.--
One more thing-- the article above confirms that there will be a return of the annual Spaghetti Supper at the Itoo Hall again this year, on October 14. The men's and women's teams will be officially introduced to the public there.
