Part of Kirk's column is about his picture that accompanies his columns.
He has a new picture, because the previous one was photoshopped to add hair. I guess I didn't notice, so I checked them out. Here are the old picture and the new one. The difference is slight, but now I can see it.--

I thought JW could enroll at BU as a student this Fall, but wouldn't be cleared to play basketball by the NCAA until his paperwork (including ACT or SAT) was submitted and approved.

Has JW enrolled for the Fall semester?

BTW ... only 6 weeks until the first day of basketball practice.

I do not believe he has enrolled. If he did, he would not be eligible for a scholarship, and would have to pay his own way. That is a lot more difficult at an expensive private school like Bradley, compared to a state school.

Most state schools are not cheap unless you are a resident.

Is anyone worried about him going back on his verbal? I really see him and JP as the start of a new level of recruiting.

Good. Next question. Will his dad come watch him play and wear Bradley red?

"First, every student who signs up for season tickets should be allowed to continue to occupy the courtside student section during games over break. Second, the remainder of those seats should be offered in a package to the general public, with one stipulation: Everybody in that section must stand and cheer with the students."

KW publically stated that (students should get first priority during break) last winter, too.
KW is a big advocate for getting more students involved and closer to the floor.

Good thing about the BU-ISU rivalry, always a red-out!

The next test date for the SAT is October 4, 2008.
Official SAT test dates and registration deadlines to help you plan. All deadlines expire at 11:59 p.m. ET, U.S.

But the ACT has a test date next week on Sept. 13, 2008.

However, I don't know if they could have gotten John registered in time. The registration deadline was August 12, and August 22 with a late fee.
The next test date will be October 25, 2008.
