I was one of the posters who wanted us to land a "big" with last year's class for the sole reaon that I thought there would be a lot of pressure to land a big with this class. I am glad that I am wrong. I agree with you amckillip a wing or a combo guard would complete this recruiting class.

Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final
???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

Go back to Egolf and Thompson, and you've got even more 4 year bigs. JL may have been peeved at the DR article about too many JUCO's, but his recruiting actions speak louder than words...and I love it. This is how you build a program - with four year guys who will grow into men right before our eyes.
What set us apart in 2006 was our center.
Our small forwards are now being called guards, and our "centers" are physically power forwards.

Even after David Collins is gone, BU will have five guys that go 6-8 or better (Prosser, Knezevic, Wilkins, Thompson, and Egolf), and possibly seven that go 6-7 or bigger (Brown, Harris).
I don't forsee any matchup problems whatsoever. In fact what midmajor anywhere can boast this??

Just give it time... little Wilkins (actually, freakin' HUGE Wilkins) has a few more years, but we all know JL will be all over bringing Wilkins Part II over here. Sophomore and 7'2 is it?

There are not to many 6'10" - 7' skilled big men out there and I feel fine with our system with the guys we are getting. They will need to put on some weight but for college hoops our size and depth is fantastic."Educate and inform the whole mass of the people...they are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty."
