  • Boogie to the Globetrotters?

Has anybody else heard about this? Supposedly the Harlem Globetrotters are very interested in his services.

Boogie's got the skills and the attitude. Needless to say, I think he'd be a great fit....

That would be fantastic. It seems like a perfect fit to me. Size me up for a Lawrence Wright Globetrotters jersey!

Maybe everyone already knows this, but Jermaine Brown is a Globetrotter. Here is a link to his player page.

He is Randy Brown's (formally of Da Bulls) brother and he transferred OUT of BU.

Why did he leave? What's his story?

I THINK he left on his own fruition over playing time and his role on the team.

He had 'game', right Mike? I think his defense was suspect.

Congrats to Jermaine Brown. Is he the 2nd ex-BU player to become a Globetrotter or are there others?

Well he won't need defense playing for the Trotters. I'm not sure if it was his defense or unwillingness...

Jermaine Brown went to Minnesota State, Mankato, and one of his fellow alumni is in the news in an unfortunately bad way.

Back to Boogie for a second, is this just speculation, or does anyone have solid info on him joining the Globetrotters?

I talked to him about a week ago, and he didn't mention anything about the Globetrotters.

My source is on the B-Club board, and he just said they were interested (not that any agreement had been reached). I wanted to see if anyone else had heard the same....
