    I think the dedication that he shows to his religion (and from reports) to Basketball will make this guy one of the greats at BU.

      Most of the Pac-10 schools rarely look at juco kids. When they do, it is only the top level juco sophs, and Sean wasn't at that point yet. So I think he did fall "below the radar" of many top schools that would otherwise have recruited him. And I believe the 2-year mission was also part of the reason. Since nothing is binding, some coaches wouldn't bother recruiting the kid at this time.

      Sean had a great senior season in high school, but he didn't get much attention from D1 recruiters then. I think he wasn't as physically mature in HS as he is now, and that was a reason the recruiters passed him over.
