  • Bradley grad from Morton gets college head coaching job

    NAIA school Purdue University Calumet (located in Hammond, Indiana) will announce Dan Voudrie as their head coach Wednesday. Voudrie is a Bradley graduate and is from Morton, Illinois. He has been the top assistant and recruiting coordinator at Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnaise, IL for the past 5 years, and has been an at Olivet since 1994. Purdue Calumet and Olivet Nazarene are both NAIA schools and play in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference. Voudrie replaces Grayling Gordon, who resigned after one season as the coach at Purdue Calumet. The Peregrines finished the 2007-08 season with a 6-23 record and went 4-8 in Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference Division II play. The record was good for sixth place in the seven-team conference.

    Congrats Dan! A fine young man and a very good coach.....Saw Stan Voudrie last week....my Jr High coach and he looks the same as he did back then..the guy never ages

        Stan the man... he coached me in jr. high as well.. also was my baseball coach one summer in my youth....

        ???We all want Bradley to win. If our methods and visions for that are different, then so be it. Don't ever attempt to tell me I am not a fan!???
