The lower they go, and more teams they list without getting to Bradley, I am beginning to wonder if Bradley maybe isn't one of the remaining 64, or that there has been some screw up with the supposedly remaining 4 MVC teams. With most preseason magazines and internet sites picking Bradley from 4th to 6th in the MVC, it's hard to believe CHN has Bradley this high.

There are 3 teams they have already listed...
5th - Illinois State
6th - Indiana State
7th - Wichita State
That leaves 4 teams in still to come, and 3 teams left out
Creighton, Southern Illinois, Drake, Bradley, Northern Iowa, Missouri State, Evansville.
I see no possible way for UNI, UE, or MSU to be ranked higher than Bradley at all, so unless the writer made a mistake, I think we'll be slated to come in 4th in the valley somewhere within the next 5-10 teams. This is just the tip of the iceberg...

I think that's where they'll be hurt the most.

From what I saw of Houston last year, I think he was Drakes best all around player and will be the toughest to replace. He could defend, shoot, drive the ball with authority, rebound, and was a stone cold killer in the clutch. He was by far and away their most athletic player and was also left handed(don't underestimate that advantage.)
I think it's pretty silly to have them ranked as the 56th best team or program in the country this year though. I mean they lost a conference POY, and probably their best all around player as well as the National coach of the Year. Josh Young will be good, but I'm not sold on Cox until we see him without Emmenecker and Houston in the lineup. Not to mention that last year came out of nowhere, and was preceeded by several seasons of terrible basketball.(record wise)
I very well could be wrong, but I don't see them finishing in the top 4 of the league this year. I think Creighton, SIU, ISUred, BU will all finish ahead of Drake this year.DUBL R 1

I dont think there was a more athletic player in the valley last year. Ruffin, Eldridge, P'Allen, etc etc could all jump out of the building... but Houston had some hops that I didnt think were possible. I think it was the Butler game (or another game that was on TV) when he jumped out of nowhere to block a shot. His head was even with the rim...
