He lead a pretty terrible Bucks team to the Playoffs in his first year and lost to the eventual champions (Detroit Pistons) in the 1st round. They actually even won a game in Detroit, which was better than the Lakers could do in the championship. Guys like Nash, O'Neal, and Stoudemire tend to make a coach look a little better than Keith Van Horn, Joe Smith, Brian Skinner, Michael Redd, Desmond Mason, and Damon Jones.
