I have never had the pleasure of watching S.M. play but I am starting to wonder if this is a kid that would be getting BCS attention right now if he had not verbaled to BU? It seems he has proven he can play with kids at any level and I wonder if Les has gotten himself a great kid and ball player?

Are any of the Bradley recruits going to be at the RiverPlex tonight for the start of the HH league?

I don't know if they will, the only ones eligible to play in the league would be Xavier Crawford, Andrew Warren, and Matt Salley. I had heard that they might not be on campus until the second summer semester (early July). If anyone else knows anything, please post it.

He probably is mex..... Sampson probably is making calls on a daily basis and Wainwright can use the "ignorance" excuse....."oh, you can't keep recruiting a kid after he committs"?

          Lotsa snakes....lotsa of em.

I hope Billy Wright helps steer his star player to BU. And if not BU, at least away from the Illini.

              More info about Jeff Teague

In Dave Reynolds article, he mentions a Bradley recruit named Jeff Teague. Here is his profile--

He is a 3 star prospect on both Scout and Rivals. The latest Scout article from May 19 said he has offers from Southern Illinois and Xavier, and that Wake Forest, Purdue and Indiana have all expressed interest. Rivals also lists Dayton and Bowling Green. There is no mention of Bradley or Illinois. A Rivals article from May 3 says he was offered by Ball State before their coaching change.
In that Rivals article there is also this--

Two other schools that Teague likes are Dayton and Southern Illinois. "I like Southern Illinois a lot. I like the coaching staff. I like Dayton a lot. I like their coaching staff, and I like some of the players they have recruited."

One question with Teague has always been what position he will play. Teague sees himself as a combo guard, but he noted that Xavier and Dayton are both recruiting him as a point guard.

He is listed at 6'1", 170 pounds. He sounds like he would be an exceptional guard at the midmajor level, but that with his size, he could have a hard time playing at the Big 10 level.

Jeff Teague, a point guard from Indianapolis Pike high school, has been mentioned as a Bradley recruit-- see the PJS article by Dave Reynolds (see above).

Here is an article about him from today's (7/5/06) Indianapolis Star. I am not sure if Bradley is still closely involved with Teague, but the article does list Dayton, Xavier, and Southern Illinois. However, he is now getting interest from major schools.
