    The recent news about Kansas sophomore Darrel Arthur isn't really relevant to next year's roster, as Arthur is going in this year's NBA draft, but his eligibility might bring into question what the NCAA would do were he to be found to have had his grades fraudulently changed in high school to make him eligible.

    But Kansas appears to have other eligibility issues.

    Twins not qualified yet--
    .........the Morris twins have not yet qualified for scholarship, Self believes they will be eligible in coming weeks.
    Asked if he was worried about their impending eligibility, Self said: ???I would not say worried. I know they still have to finish up some stuff.???
    Self said incoming freshmen Marcus and Markieff Morris will not be in town for the start of the first of two sessions of summer school Tuesday.
    ???They may miss the first session,??? Self said. ???All the others (incoming and returning players) will be here."
