I have heard from a source that Jim Les may accept a Class of 2006 kid who will join the team this coming season as a walk-on.

Ryan Phillips, 6'4" G/F from Peoria Richwoods will attend Bradley as a non-scholarship player and walk on, hoping to be the next Danny Adams!

Saw many of his games at Richwoods- He is a strong, smart player- very good passer, especially in the high-low post and can get rebounds.

His parents are both doctors in the area- he would be a good get- willing to fill whatever role the team would need...

I am a RHS student and fan, and this is great.
Thanks for giving Ryan some notice and props, as this has been known for a couple weeks over at RHS,
and I am sure the PJS knows too, as a couple kids have dads that work there and we've tried to get some mention in the paper for RP.
Irregardless, Ryan can do for Bu what Danny Adams does, and bring in some local fans.

I do not know Ryan but if he is anything like his Father we will all be impressed with his character. Good for Ryan, good for JL keeping quality local kids.
