No, they are just signed so they can be mentioned by name. There was some concern with all 3 of those kids but the STL kids seem to be on pace to be fine as long as they dont tank this last semester/quarter of HS. Hare needed one more point on his ACT and the staff didnt seemed too worried that he would get it.
