Generally the largest improvement for a player happens between his Freshman and Sophmore years. I think this is also true for most JUCO between the Junior and Senior years.
Reading what WE says I honestly extremely excited about how dedicated he seems and how much he wants to improve, that type of attitude and dedication will pay off for him for this and the next two years to come.
I really really hope his dedication is rubbing off on Collins and Austin.

Warren already made his big jump (we could only dream for another HUGE improvement -- then he'd wipe the court every game himself!). I don't anticipate a huge difference with SS. Then add in Roberts, Dunson, McCain, Norris... yikes! This could be good, guys... real good. (But no pressure. No over-expectations. Just excited...)

The off season is a time to take advantage of weight training and the ability to work on weaknesses of a players game.
I think this is what is so incredibly important for someone like Austin. He did not use last summer as an opportunity to work on game weaknesses and it showed throughout the season. He was not basketball wise either in a physical sense or a mental sense for the level of play required in Division 1.
He is one player I truely expect if he dedicates himself to improving daily this summer his game should improve by leaps and bounds over what he gave last season.

I like this part.....
Keeping his players on track academically has been a focus of Bradley coach Jim Les. Since becoming head coach in 2002, he's graduated all 15 of his seniors.
"First and foremost, we have a tremendous track record of graduating our players," Les said. "Will has done a nice job in the classroom. He is well on his way to being a successful student athlete."

Lets see............in the past 6 seasons, Jim Les has graduated 100% of his seniors, and Gary Williams
(head coach at Maryland) has graduated exactly 0% of his seniors. Now Williams has recruited and
signed Tyreke Evans, who is well known for both his academic shortcomings and his extensive criminal
record that even made Bob Huggins back off!
Can anyone say renegade program?

If Will works his butt off and becomes a productive 4 we will be able to go 4 deep at the 5 spot..If that does in fact happen this team has the potential to be a lot better than last years team!! We will be very deep at guard and also down low if everybody plays their role at the 4&5 spots....The 5 spot is going to be key as we all know,if RA,SS,AT,DC all do their part there is minutes to be had by all to play at high level the whole game in our offense!! Will has the potential to be a mobile 4 with alot of size...If that happens this team becomes very hard to match up with with several different lineup combinations... Will is the key to a very important season coming up for BU!!
