Lamar and I attended the same high school and we are friends. I haven't talked to him in awhile, so this is kind of a shock to me. I was kind of surprised when he got the ISU scholarship, so I'm not sure what his prospects are. I saw him play against UNI, and in limited minutes, he was quite impressive, scoring 8 points off the bench. He's a good shooter, but unfortunately a little small for many D-I schools. I know he verballed to Evansville before signing with ISU, so maybe that's a possibility. Lamar's a good kid.Originally posted by tornado View Post
