Maybe the fact will come out and he won't be charged. Who knows.
I certainly hope so, as this cannot be good for JRob or for anyone.
Arrested as he tried to flee from police?? Just what was he doing, or will it get swept under since he's a local hero in Decatur?
However if true will he face the same degree of discipline Dyer and Sampay got with their legal troubles?
and more pressing, will the Pantagraph run a series of articles discussing whether ISU is a renegade program?

He had attended three different high schools in Mississippi, Byhalia, HW Byers, and then Oxford, all before he had even played his sophomore season, and had verbally committed to Ole Miss.
Then something happened (much of which is speculatory) and he not only left in midseason of his high school sophomore year, but he also revoked his verbal commitment to Mississippi, then moved to Decatur, IL where he was not immediately eligible until his situation was checked out by IHSA, then he was granted eligibility on 1/22/06.
Does anyone recall ever hearing why he transferred up to Decatur, Illinois from his home in Mississippi a couple years ago?
It was also a sign of stability for a player who's had very little of it in his high-school career. Robinson played for three high schools in Mississippi H.W. Byers, Byhalia and Oxford while his family struggled to solve economic problems.
Those same struggles are what eventually brought the family to Illinois after a 15-year hiatus.
"There were no jobs, there really was not a lot going for us down there, so I thought I'd be close to my family where I can maybe do something," said Kimberly Phillips, Jeremy's mother. "I am so glad to be back."
Phillips decided to settle in Decatur because it's where her parents make their home. She sported a gray Eisenhower basketball T-shirt at the MacArthur game, and was justifiably all smiles.
"This is where I'm staying, and this is where he's going to stay," Phillips said. "Until he decides to go off to college, this is where he'll be also."
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12
So, should we start bashing their team like they did ours when DR was arrested? Turn this into a 10 page thread saying how much we hate them and how we're not surprised?
