  • A Shaun Livingston Update

"Clippers guard Shaun Livingston??™s surgically repaired left knee is improving and
he will be allowed to pick up the intensity of his oncourt workouts.

The Clippers said Livingston was examined Monday by Dr. James Andrews of the
Alabama Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Ala., and while
Livingston still has some tendinitis in his knee, he will continue to maintain
strength work and progress with his workouts."

I talked to Shawn after the bradley game he was seen at about a month and a half ago or so and told me that it would be a year or a year and a half before he would be playing again in the NBA. Unless something dramatically changed since then, I dont expect to see Shawn anytime soon.

Hope to see Shaun on the court in the NBA soon. I talked to him once and was very impressed.
      Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final

???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™
