Bruce Pearl lands top recruit

Bruce Pearl has landed his first McDonalds All American, Scotty Hopson. Hopson is a 5-star recruit ranked in the top 5 to 10 recruits nationally by nearly every expert. He had originally committed to Mississippi State last summer, but never signed a LOI, and then backed off that commitment.
He was being pursuerd hard by Kentucky, Louisville, and Cincinnati.
