I have read where the NIT wanted a Florida-Ohio State final, since those 2 schools have large followings, and they seem to play each other every year in basketball and football in postseason, bit's not going to happen.

In the first semifinal, UMass beat Florida 78-66.

The other semifinal tonight features Mississippi against Ohio State. Maybe Ohio State could lose, and give us a Miss-Mass final
