Les is at Bradley for more than just money. I think it would be hard to get him to leave.
I think you are right but one never knows. Berkeley though is a long shot but imagine if a top school came calling with all the resources needed to make a title run year in and year out and a community he feels he can raise his family! Let's face it before that happens he will have taken Bradley on a nice ride!

I don't believe Les will leave right now but if BU goes a few more years without a Valley Championship and doesn't live up to their preseason hype I think Alumni pressure may mount against Les and he will make the smart move and leave BU for another (not necessarily better) job.
I hope this doesn't happen (and don't think it will) as I think Les will only continue to get better as a coach. Heck, he's still "learning on the job" and has just completed his third successive 20-win season. How many BU coaches can lay claim to that stat?!

Alright since I don't have a media guide next to my computer....
Doesn't Les have a California connection (the state, not the school) because he was an assistant for the Sacramento WNBA franchise or something like that? Maybe that's why they remember him out there?
A real fan celebrates the successes, but also acknowledges the failures of his team.

I believe Les does a pretty good job with the media outside of Peoria. Have you ever heard him give a bad interview? I think it probably has more to do with the Sweet 16 and his time spent in the NBA.
