I wonder what the "guys who know the game" are thinking about the ACC. In post-season play, there are 22 teams still playing. Of the 22, only 1 of the 8 teams from the ACC that went to the NCAA, NIT, and CBI is still alive. What does the "Eye Test" say?
The way things are going for the ACC, I'm starting to think Washington St. might just knock off North Carolina.
NCAA
North Carolina - still playing
Duke - lost in 2nd round to West Virginia
Clemson - lost in 1st round to Villanova
Miami (FL) - lost in 2nd round to Texas
NIT
Virginia Tech - lost in 3rd round to Mississippi
Maryland - lost in 2nd round to Syracuse
Florida State - lost in 1st round to Akron
CBI
Virginia - lost in 3rd round to BRADLEY
