  • Virginia Crowd

I'd like to hear from some of our faithful who attended the game about how loud, and into the game the Virginia crowd was.

I didn't hear much of there crowd on the radio, all I heard for most of the 2nd half was.... LETS GO BRADLEY...LETS GO BRADLEY. Amazing they were so loud on the radio considering the travel involved. LOL YEAHHH BABBBYYY

BU ICEMAN has to be feeling good right now. In fact, I believe he's 2-0 in games he's attended out there (he was also at VCU). Great job ICEMAN!

We couldn't be there physically but those of us at Buffalo Wild Wings at Grand Prairie were there in spirit by making a lot of noise at BWW.

I thought the crowd sounded dead, at least in the first half. At least they woke up a bit in the second half when their team started to fall behind.

They didn't look too enthusiastic, in my opinion. Especially for an ACC school... But we didn't let them have much to cheer about.......
Here's the deal, Wyoming for football, Bradley for basketball.

                Yeah buddy!!!

Feeling good mentally, but physically, the throat is shot!

Crowd tried to get in it a couple times, but it just didn't take. The place is set up well and I'm sure it can get pretty deafening, but not that super loud tonight.

The fans around me (on the baseline) were awesome, lotta good talking, and they razzed me pretty good for keeping up my shouting throughout the game, although the one little girl down the row had her fill at one point.....that's OK, I understand her frustration! We've all been there at one point. Got a lot of "good luck"s on the way out from folks.

Best quote of the night was: "There's no way you guys should be playing in this tournament, you should be in the NCAAs."

                That was sweet.

It's now been 15 minutes since my other post said I was going to bed....this darn site is like crack.....

haha more like the whole restaurant. The funniest thing was watching the people coming in to just have dinner and not watch the game and hearing that they had enormous waits and that the bar was full. There was a couple who stood in the bar for the whole second half waiting for a table to clear or there table pager to go off.

My group had the big table at the far end...probably 30 of us. So far I have seen BU take down Kansas, Big12, Pitt, Big East and Virginia, ACC from the exact same spot at BWW.

I realize Kansas and Pitt were "bigger" wins but the crowd and excitement last night was right on par with those wins.

The announced attendance was 5,852. They shouldn't be too happy with that either!

Remember how "tickets were going fast!" This proclaimed around 11:30 pm eastern on Wed night by our VA hoops friend. Give me a break.

Um, before we get ahead of ourselves here, I don't think we've had big numbers, either, right?
