    DogsRUs. There is hope for Will. He is a freshman. TCS and Collins--not so much. Collins was absolutely awful versus Ohio U. I just don't see how he or TCS figure into Bradley's plans next year. Guys very, very, rarely get good between their junior and senior seasons. They already have habits that will be really tough to change/break.

      Does anyone else here think about what the players or coaches must think if they read what a bunch of old, out-of-shape, wannabes here on this fan site say the players and coaches should do to improve their shot, improve their warmup, or improve their games?

      The players/coaches who read this stuff have to be ROFLTAO.

        You're right but you don't have to be athletically gifted to know what a proper jumper looks like. I've seen a lot of pure jump shots in my day and TCS' isn't one of them.

          I'm not sure what to make of this. Are we not allowed to have opinions on ways guys can improve? I'm sure the coaches identified long before any of us on here what these guys need to improve on, but that post sure sounds condescending. I guess TCS and Will should keep doing what they're doing, and we should just pat them on the back and say 'good job'. Obviously it's working for both of them.

            What part of 0 for 14 doesn't need improvement?

              I also think this post is kind of a shot at some of the posters on here who have actually played basketball at a high level and/or who have coached at a high level. I also didn't see anywhere where a poster said that they had all the answers to these players' problems. Again, I am sure we would all agree that the staff likely identified these and any other issues long before us fans did. I saw these comments as fans observing some fundamental flaws with some players and makings suggestions to fix them. It's been done on this board ever since its inception. We pat our posters on the back for being knowledgeable Bradley fans and knowledgeable basketball fans (which I think we all are to varying degrees), and it seems like that post is essentially slamming them saying that they don't know what they're talking about.

                Disagree somewhat... Rabey bad jr...good senior. Jerome Robinson...ok jr...fantastic Senior...to name a couple of the top of my head.

                    Certainly there are exceptions. However, Rabey and Jerome were actually playing significant minutes as juniors. It wasn't like they went from never playing (Collins and TCS) to double-digit scorers. Rabey and Jerome were at the least part time starters their junior seasons.

                      Anthony Slack, Boo Richardson, and Dom Johnson certainly made significant improvements as 2nd year juco players over year one.

                      In all fairness, they played better as Juniors than TCS, but you could certainly use them as examples of the improvment along with the Jeff Rabey example.

                        JUCO players generally do make significant improvements in their numbers from their junior to senior years...Franklin, Boogie, and Andrews come to mind...
                        However, with DC and TCS, I don't know how much of an improvement we can project for them...the good news, improvement is really the only direction they can go next year, as there isn't a way for them to be less of a factor than both of them have become this year.
                        But with most JUCOs that make huge strides in their senior seasons you seem to see some sort of progress from them as their first D-I season goes on...and with DC and TCS they have regressed, if anything, as the season has played out.
                        Anything is possible with a summer of hard work and dedication, but they both have a LONG, LONG way to go to get to the point where they can play significant roles next year...

                          That's my point. I'm not trying to be Debbie Downer, just realistic. Of the Boogie, Andrews, and ISU examples those guys were actually playing as juniors. Often times starters. Their production went up as did some playing time. It's just tough go to from basically never playing as a junior to a major contributor as a senior.

                          Put it this way, when looking at the rotation and where minutes/production will come from next year I'm not putting any weight into those guys.

                            Since everyone is giving their opinions on player improvement I might as well give one of mine;
                            Will Egolf : He has a ton of potential as he is 6-9 and has great athletic ability ; he needs to be tougher and mix it up more inside as he has the size and body to be able to be a star if he is willing to fight inside for rebounds and baskets.

                              You could also just copy what you said and put David Collins' name in front of it
