Anthony Longstreet, long time coach at Chicago Crane is reportedly out and being replaced by Tim Anderson.
Longstreet is a very influential guy who "power-brokered" a lot of the Chicago-area talent
through his influences with the local AAU and with his contacts in the D-I coaching circles.
After his last star, Sherron Collins, went to Kansas, he landed several lucrative "Coaching Clinic" jobs at Kansas during the summer in which he was paid mega-bucks.
He is also rumored to have been a big factor in why Illinois hadn't gotten many Chicago-area recruits in recent years.
There are some rumors Longstreet will end up on the staff at some D-I school, could it be Kansas or UIUC?
If so, just who on the present staff would be out?
