  • TV for CBI

I understand the CBI is on the Fox College Sports network. For those of us who don't get that channel, I need to know if any of the other regional Fox Sports channels or Comcast channels will be running this game. Since I have the Direct TV sportspack I have access to all of the regional networks, but not Fox College Sports! If anyone finds any info, that would be greatly appreciated!

Email or call your regional sports network and find out.

Comcast Chicago has a Blackhawks game on Wed night, so that does nto look hopeful, but FSNMW (ch 648 ) is just programming TBA so that sounds hopeful.

Yeah, there is a potential for the game to be on there. Hopefully the menu will reflect this game in the not too distant future.

There is a slight chance that Comcast would show the game on tape delay, say at 1 AM which they do for some of the MVC games that conflict with the Hawks and Bulls. But if FSNMW shows the game live, I'm there!

I spoke to a friend of mine who works for Fox Sports and he said it is available only on digital cable, BUT the affiliates do have the option of picking up the game.

Looking at the pro sports schedule on Wednesday night, you would think that Fox Sports Midwest would be showing it with their Valley home office ties.

Or (if you have the Fox Sports package), Fox SPorts Ohio for the Cincy fans.

Hmmmm. That may not be a good sign for the CBI in terms of getting people interested in watching the game.

It looks like it has to be Fox Sports Midwest or bust!

On the site for the CBI there is a link to watch it online. It is $6.95 per game. You can get the whole tournament for a discounted price.

I am going to see if it pops up on channelsurfing.net in the next couple of days.

BTW, Fox Sports Ohio IS going to broadcast the game now.

Thanks Subflea. For those that get the sports packs on DirecTV and Dish you can get Fox Sports Ohio.

Sorry guys, not available on satelite packages. Didn't mean to get your hopes up.

The game will not be seen on the FSN Ohio feed on DIRECTV or DISHNETWORK, but exclusively via the cable television system distribution of FSN Ohio.

Ok, scratch that I wonder why they won't let it be seen on the satellite packages. Hmm. Keep us informed if you don't mind subflea.
