So with the Tourney game Wednesday night and Ruffins court date Tuesday morning, what will happen to Ruff if he does happen to be convicted? Most trials and jury decisions for misdemeaners don't last longer than a few hours. Although I don't think Bradley can suspend him again because that's like double jeopardy. Suspend you little the first time just in case your not guilty and then suspend you more if you are guilty.

Bradley could suspend him as many times as they wanted to. Double jeopardy doesn't apply to private universities handling an internal problem. BU is far from the court system.
