FWIW...the sun's shining in my corner of Pekin.
A wise man once told me the secret to life is having "low expectations" because then you can rejoice in even the smallest success! I do not understand the FWIW (I don't have the lingo down) but the sun was shining a little today on my side of Pekin also.
FWIW = For what it's worth

I think brocks said it best, we don't need a Sweet 16 every year, don't get me wrong, that would be past my wildest dreams, but lets be realistic. The thing to do is to get back in the postseason in some form, and to use another postseason appearence to help build recruiting. I know there were some huge losses, but I can't wait for next season to start. Besides all the win-loss records that have been posted, I have faith that this coaching staff is taking the program in the right direction.

I don't think that is doom and gloom to post that with all the loses we have that BU might not be as good.....I also don't think people are looking through rose colored glasses when they say BU might not be bad....these are our opinions.....and they will not be proven right or wrong until next season is over with!

IMO...BU will be hard pressed to finish in the top 4 of the conference...I think 5,6, or 7 is more likely. I hope for 15 or more wins and a NIT bid....anything over that is gravy!
Some see a hopeless end, while others see an endless hope.

I think the negativity stems from the opinion that Bradley is rebuilding and not reloading. There's the fear of losing the momentum gained by last season's postseason success. There are a lot of question marks about this upcoming team and the competition is going to be tough as previously mentioned. It looks like at this moment that there will be teams coming into Carver Arena as the favorite.

If you asked five people who they think the top scorer will be, you might get five different answers. BU is depending on guys that better be in the gym a bunch this summer.
