Does anyone on this planet actually have this channel on their cable or satellite? I have Direct TV and this channel does not even exist on my Sports Pack!
I have it. We get Fox College Sports, Alantic, Central, and Pacific. It's pretty sweet because whenever FSN Midwest or Comcast Sportsnet Chicago don't show a came being broadcast by Fox, it's gauranteed to be on one of those three channels. Like tonight I can watch both games of the opening round of the Pac 10 Tourney, whereas FSN Midwest and Comcast Sportsnet are only showing the second game.
Braves fan; do you have the fox sports pack because all the fox sports stations are on it and I have been getting Atlanta Braves spring training games on 630 sports south direct tv.

I have the Sports Pack for all Comcast and Fox Sports stations, but I don't see Fox College Sports, unless I'm missing something. I find it hard to believe a satellite service would not even have a space for it considering they have several different soccer channels, including Fox Soccer Channel. Maybe someone else with Direct Tv can help me out.

My basic research on a satellite forum seemed to indicate that Fox College Sports is cable only, although those games should be available on one of the other Fox/Comcase regional sports networks you can get. There has been an occasional case of an overflow game showing up on (mostly unused) 617-619
I have the three Fox College Sports channels (Atlantic, Central, Pacific) on Comcast. They're on channels 533-535. They were included in the Digital package that includes ESPNU and NFL Network.

I have Dish Network, including the sports pack, and do not get Fox College Sports. As far as I know, this channel isn't available at all on Dish Network.
I think the deal is satellite has all the Regional Sports Nets's (all of the Fox / Comcast sports) available, most cable companies do not offer all national RSN's, so Fox offered a smaller package to at least get the college sports games to cable companies. (Pro content on the regional Fox Sports is subject to the blackout rules that were created by lawyers too evil for making new IRS tax code)
I cannot imagine that Fox would exclude any sports programming from DirecTv (athough DirecTv is no longer owned by Fox parent NewsCorp), I think the programming is there, but more scattered on DirecTv.

Thanks for the info. I'll keep an eye on all of the Fox Sports and Comcast channels I get in case we make it into the CBI.
I guess this is the rare case of cable having a channel that is not on the dish.
