(Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Purdue) and even had an offer already from Xavier,
Committed to Billy Taylor, Jim Molinari, and Ball State.
"Jarrod Jones a 6'9" 230 lb. power forward out of Michigan City, Indiana has verbally commited to play for the Ball State University Cardinals. Jones chose Ball State over Penn State, Northwestern, Indiana State, IUPUI, Valparaiso and Xavier. Jones was also seeing heavy interest from Indiana University, Purdue University and the University of Minnesota but ended the recruiting process for his services by selecting the Cardinals late Thursday evening."
"By all measures it appears to be another fine recruiting job by Coach Taylor and his staff at Ball State.
Jarrod who is still growing and should reach at least 6'10", is considered one of the top prospects in the state of Indiana.
