Something funny--
The MVC-TV broadcast has a thing about all the personal sides of stories. I am getting slightly sick of all the references to Emmenecker and Cox being walkons, and Emmenecker's 4 majors, and grade-point average. They are interesting sidelights, but do they really need to tell us about these things so many times?
Another funny thing they just showed- Mrs. Korver, who gets more camera time than her sons, sat behind the Creighton bench for the first half, and is now sitting behind the Drake bench for the 2nd half. I have always admired the Korvers, they seem like great parents, and devote a lot of time to following their kids. But now it seems to be more about them, than their kids. She even changed from a Creighton shirt into a Drake shirt at halftime, and seemed to know right away when she was on camera.
I am just about Korvered out!
