The Sectional championship game came down to a game between a few ex-BU recruits and even some present ones.
Matt Roth (19 points - but only 2-9 on 3-pointers) and Dyricus Simms-Edwards (23 points) led Washington to a 64-46 win over Tyler Storm's Geneseo.
Tyler Storm got the worst of the deal as he was hampered with foul trouble much of the game and it cost Geneseo. He got two fouls early in the game
then two more were whistled in the first 46 seconds of the 2nd half, forcing Tyler to sit.

The Washington Panthers improved to 25-3 and will face Sterling (Joseph Bertrand) in the NIU DeKalb Supersectional at 6 p.m. on Tuesday.
Congrats to Geneseo coach Brad Storm and his squad on a fine season, and good luck to the Panthers.
