First caller gonna be about an unsigned BU recruit (or Matt Roth)?

I got an idea... maybe I should call in and ask Dave and Coach if they have ever heard of BradleyFans.com... then give a little plug for the website and all the info that can be learned.... also about unsigned recruits that can be discussed on this forum.

    LOL!

They can"t discuss unsigned recruits or anything to do with Matt Roth ; they are only allowed to talk about signed ones.

Everyone here knows that because we're all educated. Everyone else is behind the times.

JL feels that TCS may have played his best game at CU
Some see a hopeless end, while others see an endless hope.

Geez-JL seems prett defensive on the question concerning some more big guys. I agree we are losing a lot at the guard spot DR & JC but we are already getting Dunson, McCain, Roberts (not sure but I think Ryan Thorton is also a guard). Given the production we are getting from the big guys, the loss of MS I would hope we'd think at least one more big would be a wise move. We only get to add AT and even if he looks really good in practice he is still a Frosh.

Thornton is listed as a Guard/forward.. If I had to guess, Thornton would be a forward. imo He needs to prove himself at this level but I like his shot.

Good news, Coach mentioned that Will Egolf is now pain free, hopefully he is ready for STL (Coach said he was day-to-day). We could definately use another body with possibly three games in three days.

                  caller

The last caller had one of the most ignorant questions i have ever heard!! He addressed Collins playing time saturday and why have we had so many problems this year with the players getting in trouble.

I agree, that was a cheap shot but I belive Coach handled it very professionally. It's gotta be hard to see and read all the critcism of the program and give nothing but "coach speak" answers to the questions, but again he's handled it all in a classy manner.

Didn't hear the program, but I wouldn't think wondering why all the problems this season is a dumb question. Jim is a class guy and I hope no one is blaming him. I know I'm not.

Anyone who knows anything about the situations at BU should hardly blame Jim Les. They only gripe one could possibly have would be the handling of the TW/TCS situation (i.e. being a game late on the suspensions). If they're blaming him for the Ruffin situation, they don't know the facts and they're just sounding ignorant (See Kyle Whelliston's piece on MidMajority.com last week).

                          Just curious.....

How come nobody ever stands up to these stupid references to "all the problems"?
"all the problems" translates into one minor traffic issue and an unproven allegation.
Anyone care to guess the pct. of D-I programs that have had worse?
                          I'd say 50-75%.
Do I wish we didn't have the issues....sure
but are the local press and naysayers making more of it than necessary....definitely.
Have we handled it better than most schools and coaches who sweep it under the rug only to have it rear its head later....slam dunk.

I want to thank the person or people responsible for getting the emailed questions from this site forwarded to be read on the Jom Les show. I think that the emailed questions made the show far more interesting.
IMO the best question from this site that I heard was the bracket buster question that Eric Buescher answered a couple of weeks ago. This was a very good question that generated an equally good response from Buescher.

Seems a lot people who call in ask the same questions that have already been answered week after week, as if the callers must not have a radio or never listen.
If one more guy calls in and says Coach needs to play Collins more, or that we need to recruit more post players, I think I'll puke.
