I have heard that he is still having soreness. The experts can't find anything serious, but he will only work out lightly and will not play again this season.

This is not so, LB, if I somehow ran across Will Egolf's medical report, either by casually talking with his doctor,
or finding some chart papers lying in the dumpster,
it would be a clear violation of the HIPPA Act...and then by posting it publicly either on a message board, in a newspaper,
or on a blog or if I sold the info to an insurance company that then turned him down for coverage, the law has been violated.
However, once it is made known through standard channels, then it is fair game.

In fact, this is exactly what the legislation was drawn up for, to prevent dissemination of private medical information
that might be known by stealing/hacking/or inadvertent release like the City of Peoria just did.
