I found this to be an uplifting story from the Summerville HS Basketball team in Charleston, SC. Just a tragic way to die. I'm glad to see his family making it thru this all.

I live down here in Charleston, SC. That is a nice story you linked. 9 firefighters died that day. It was very tough for the town. Good to see something positive coming from it. Charleston is not much bigger than Peoria, so just about everyone in town either knew one of the firefighters, or someone in their families, etc. The burned out shell of the furniture store still sits there with 9 crosses and a mountain of flowers/ pictures/ wreathes, etc. sitting in front of it. Pretty surreal when you drive by.
