Another update on BU women's recruit Michelle Lund
Sioux City Heelan won on Lund's free throws with 0.9 seconds left in overtime to advance to the state championship Saturday. Lund scored a team-high 15 points.--

Michelle Lund scored 16 points and had 4-5 three pointers to help Sioux City Bishop Heelan HS to the state championship in Class 3A with a 54-51 win over #1 Pella.
Lund finished her high school career with a total of 1,837 points.
Here is something amazing--
The 5-7 Lund, who handles the basketball constantly for the Crusaders but was charged with only six turnovers in three games, missed the front end of a one-and-one when she was fouled by Gritters with 1:02 left to play.
Way to go Michelle.
