Jay: She's my daughter, you're my wife. Let's remember what's important, there's a football game on today

Just give him the silent treatment. I couldn't applaud.

That's a real shame to hear, I hope you won't be there tomorrow night then. I'm going to cheer for Daniel because of all he has done for the basketball program. He is one of BU's all-time greats and I belive he is innocent until proven guilty. He deserves a standing ovation.

I will not be at the game but I think you should consider what he has accomplished and given to the program throughout his 4 years as a Bradley Basketball player. He deserves everyones respect in accordance to his accomplishments on the court as a player.

If you do not feel he is worthy of your applause then maybe it would be best to not attend or sit silently, but to boo him due to your judgement of guilt or innocence in an issue away from the court is not fair to Ruffin or for that matter the Bradley program.

            Let's keep it civil everyone.

There is logic to both sides of the argument.

personally i think we should remember the good.
but if a person thinks that this gets in the way of the good stuff Ruff did, then that's what they're going to do.

I figure if the University lets him come to Senior Night, then we should cheer. Because to be honest they know WAY more than we probably ever will.

I won't be, but wish I could be. I guess I should have noted I could applaud if he is cleared and it would be nice if he was, but if he is guilty look what shame he has done to the program.

I will cheer for him. Innocent until proven guilty. That's what this country is based on.

I am going to be thier tomorrow and I am going to stand and clap. Having no first hand knowledge of what happend, I am going to trust our President, athletic director and coach. If they feel he should be thier than he deserves our applause and thanks for a great career at BU.
                    Can we start winning soon?

I will cheer for him. I think Senior Night is more based on Academic and Athletic Achievements, and not as much what you do outside of that. There is no doubt that Daniel has made great strides academically, and what he has done for our team athletically is outstanding.
This is just the tip of the iceberg...

If Daniel is there, he will get a rousing ovation. And he deserves it.

I agree 100%, and that's all the more reason why they should let him play if they're going to let him be honored.
