They were recruiting Stepfon Hannah of Chipola JC, but they just announced the signing of Corey McIntosh, a point guard that played for Fullerton CC in California. He played for the Fullerton team that went 37-0 and won the California JuCo championship.
This is probably a premium article, but below is a summary--
McIntosh's recruiting was a strange road. He was telling schools they were wasting their time as he was going to go to Penn State. But a couple of months ago, after what Horton termed "a long story," things opened back up for McIntosh. He visited New Mexico and South Carolina and cancelled a trip next week to visit Clemson. He had offers from the likes of Colorado State and Rhode Island, but he'll be a Cyclone.
"He had turned down half of Conference USA, half of the Mountain West, the WAC," Horton said. "He's going to be in the Big 12."
