    p.s. A belated "thank you" for the shout-out, B4L.
I think BU fans want a winner and if they got it on a year to year basis they would be happy no matter the style.

However, be careful what you wish for with the "I like SIU's style of play" angle.

I think the basketball IQ of Peoria fans would drive them crazy if they had to wait any amount of time for the winning all the while watching that hacking neanderthal style of hoops.

THe moment that Coach Mo stopped winning with his defensive style the great majority of BU fans wanted him OUT.

Can you believe they followed up a SELLOUT of 10,200 and a win at that with 5,400 on Tues vs. MSU?

If that isn't a testament to the idea that the vast majority of their fans interest in ISU hoops is rooted in a hatred of Bradley, I don't know what is.

And didn't UIUC play on Tuesday too? They have a lot of fans who root for both teams but UIUC is their #1.

Would anyone have a reliable estimate of how many of 10,200 at Saturday's game were actually Bradley fans travelling to a near-by game against their biggest rival?

I would think that there was a sizeable difference between the number of
BU fans who went to the BU/ISU game as compared to the number of MSU fans who made it.

There were at least 1000-1200 BU fans at Redbird Arena...but since they also wear red, it was tough to spot many who were intermingled with the rest of the crowd.
It is possibly as many as 2000 could have been BU fans.
