Agreed - we are not a good team. We are not a top 3 team.

Bottom line is, though, you said good teams don't lose to play-in teams in Feb. But what does that have to do with us anyway... kick us when we are down? I don't think we are a good team. We show it at times... but not often enough, IMO. But to give some kinda Declaration that good teams don't lose in February to play-in teams is a flat out lie, irresponsible, and reflective of typical "drive-by media" reporting.

Amazing how things can change in 3 days. Saturday we were 7-5 and playing for 2nd. Tomorrow at this time we'll likely be tied for 6th and a game out of Thursday. Not sure how to take that, other than now we're closer to the bottom than to the top. It's really frustrating.

Remember when people were discussing how Bradley had such a good shot at winning out or losing just once until the MVC final? Those were the days...

Sorry - as soon as I said it (I realized my error)....

Suppose I am confused then as to why I am going round and round with you....

Guess I will wait til Chitown takes another "drive-by" hit after I go to bed.

Then tomorrow will be game-on again.

Here's my next drive-by, liberal bias reporting, whatever Macabre wants to call it, comment: I'll rephrase:: good teams don't lose to play-in teams in February.

                      That's good Chitown.

                      Haha.

And in the face of the FACTS I provided, you stand by your comment.

                      LOL!

With that.... the spin stops here.

Got anything to say about Creighton losing at Evansville?

Or do they have one to spare?

Yeah, that was pretty pathetic, but they always seem to have problems with them in their house. But this late in the season when they are chasing ISU for second place, that's inexcusable, I don't care how hard it is to win on the road in the Valley. Evansville has been tough though this year, and came close to winning about three or four games early in the season that they lost. But still, Creighton is supposed to be the better team, but they are still young.

Having said this, us losing to Creighton at home would be inexcusable, and winning at Creighton may now be doable. As usual, we'll take it one game at a time.

Macabre, I don't think Creighton is a good team either, so I stand by my drive-by comments.

Well, then you are hiding behind the definition of a "good team".

And we all know how objective and precise that is.

There is not one team in the conference that is head and shoulders above the rest and we need to win at home on saturday otherwise we will be playing in ST.Louis on thurs. night ; our players need to realize that if they expect to have any chance of winning the tour. they had better get their act together because it is pretty much impossible to try to win the tour. as a playin team. I was very dissappointed to hear comments that we were not mentally ready to play last nights game as the season is coming to a close and our guys should be ready if they care about finishing out the season strong and making this a successful season.
