It was a fun time to be a Bradley fan...............lets do it again!!!! The fact my best friend is a Kansas Alum and huge fan made it that much better. I remember when the NCAA announced the games and we had Kansas he called me up and said " I learned something new today, I learned Kansas could get a bye in the first round of the NCAA tournament!!!!"..........man have I had fun over the last couple of years!!!!!!!!!!!

The Valley is a good conference, how else can you explain five Sweet Sixteen appearances in the past 8 years?
Feel free to check, but I think you'll find no other non-BCS conference that has done that well.
Of course I'd like to win the Valley, but I see no reason to throw in the towel as some begged that we do back in Feb. of 2006.

BradleyBrave--
How would you rank the MVC teams in terms of overall success over the past 5+ years?
Here is how I would rank them, taking into consideration the overall success in conference, out of conference, and in the postseason--
SIU
Creighton
Bradley
Wichita (on the way down, but a couple nice years, including a Sweet 16 season)
UNI (on the way down, but several postseason appearances)
Missouri State (on the way down)
Drake (on the rise, but 1 good season this year, and 5 bad ones previously)
Illinois State (1 good season, but no postseason appearances)
Indiana State
Evansville

I would have to put Wichita St ahead of BU, and UNI slightly ahead. Wichita won 20 games several years in a row, won the conference, made the postseason multiple times, and made the Sweet 16. UNI made 3 straight NCAA appearances from 2004-2006, and won the conference tournament in 2004. We fall short of both of those programs over the last 5 years, but are in the top half of the league IMO. Despite MSU's close calls and higher finishes than us in those years, I can't give them the nod due to their postseason failures in St. Louis and in the NIT.Onward and Upward!
