What do we have to do to get one of those shirts? I saw BUConnorD wearing and I liked how it looked.

I voted yes, and heres why...

I voted yes. Heres why: The people on this forum represent the super fans. We are people who know ALL the names of ALL the players and stats and numbers and who is just ahead of us in the MVC standings and who is right behind us and what our current RPI is and what other MVC games are going on, etc, etc, etc. Well, as mush as I enjoy being a HUGE bradley bball fan, like all of you, we are the minority at the games.

There are A LOT of people at the games who consider themselves fans, and they are, but they dont know the name of every player on the bench, they might not know our current conference record, they cant name any assistant coaches. However, they are still fans, and they probably represent the majority of the crowd. We need these people. They come to be entertained, they dont care about analyzing every facet of the game as many of us do. They just want to have a good time, drink a few beers, and see their hometown team play. Good for them.

My point is, if things like the wave make the atmosphere a little more crazy and stimulating and entertaining for the casual fan, then I can live with it and Im all for it. We need as many people in Carver as possible for every game.

And besides, it does look pretty cool.

I voted yes........there are many fans that the wave is the only time they get out of their seats to stand up during the game.....it also always brings a buzz to the arena after it happens........just pick out the proper times to use it!

PS...........glad the students are back....really picks up the arena atmosphere!

I truly can't believe that one, sorry. Maybe a portion of the drunk yahoos in the bleachers (who don't care enough about the game) did that, but the real fans at Wrigley would never do that. I'm certain of that.

As I've continued to say ... the wave is a total distraction. People don't pay attention to what is going on on the court. So for those who support it during timeouts, I can respect that. I never want to see it at any game, but it at least makes slightly more sense when it doesn't take away from the whole reason people should be going to a game (to watch basketball).

I've never liked this stupid gimmick anywhere, except maybe during a high school pep rally. Please retire it once and for all! It is distracting during the game, and I think does more to take fans out of the game than it does to help the players.

            I say KILL IT!

Longtime, I have been saying that for years. Get rid of the crowd quieting promotions. They even quiet the students down. Of course, until 2 years ago we didn't have the students showing up to be quieted down, except when ISU came to town.
What part of illegal don't you understand?
