  • How can we....

Whip our crowd into a MSU like frenzy for the next game? I understand the play on the court is what gets MOST BU fans going but wouldn't it be nice if the BU admin. could really do something to keep this little bit of momentum building.

May sound crazy but these next three games could be some of the biggest in JLs tenure. Will we continue to stumble like we were before UNI OR are we developing and learning to win without our superstar?

Will this team be a factor or an afterthought in the conference race and in St Louis? Losing Ruffin hurt but we CAN turn it into a positive with others getting to step up so when/if he does come back they are even better.

How sweet would it be for the guys to play before a soldout redout crowd next home game?

    Go BU....4-4 or BUST.

    Hit the boards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree DRU, it would be nice for some extra noise on Wed night.....Drake coming in with a 14 game winning streak.....sure would be nice to break it!

Harder to generate more noise without the students, and they're still on break I think.

Pre-game party where if you consume 4 beers, the beer's free?
If you do not have tickets, and come with red face paint, ticket's free, too?

Students should be back from what I have heard; the question is whether they will show up because the team has been struggling; it is always easier to go when a team is winning but the real fans show up when a team is not doing so well; this is an important game as we need to win all of our home games and figure out a way to win at least 2 more road games.

Student section won't be in full force until the ISU game.

Plus there is no student section over J Term. The students can still buy tickets for $1 but there is no reserved student section, which is totally rediculous btw.

That would be nice if they went to church on Sunday and prayed for a win. I, for one, would rather the students show up en masse

Totally agree. There's no reason even a few of the rows by the visitors bench shouldn't be reserved for students. And if it were, everybody in that section would end up standing up!

Still being stuck in the dorms, which do not open until sunday means I'm going to miss the game wednesday, but plan to be there saturday, if the hockey team is not playing.

I trust that the faithful will rise to the occasion if the team comes ready to play. A great effort and smart basketball will get the blue hairs off their arses.

Take care of the ball and whip 'em around the hoop!

A win last night was a nice start. Let's keep it rolling.

I can promise you this. There will be one nut in section 10 ruining his good reputation as he always does.

At the WSU game, I bought tickets before hand and showed them my ID to get the student price and they put us in the student section, but the 2nd to last row of it. It was so weird to sit for a game...

Well, try moving the people who sit there and donate thousands of dollars to the university every year to have those seats. It's not going to happen.

The crowds have been great when a good product is on the floor. That's all we need to make Carver rockin'. If the product is bad, it won't matter where the students sit because they won't be in attendance.
